E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Hosting
If you have a cloud hosting plan with our company and you set up an e-mail address in your account, you are able to forward it with just a few clicks to another e-mail address of your preference. The feature can be activated whenever you create a new mailbox or whenever you want afterwards and disabled just as easily if you change your mind. This can be done through the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel in which you will manage your account. Additionally, you will have the option to choose whether a duplicate of the inbound messages will remain on our servers or not. The main advantage of this feature is basically that you will always have a copy on your server if something occurs with the other email address or if it isn't active for reasons unknown during the time an e-mail is forwarded. In case the option is not enabled, an e-mail will be received, forwarded and deleted from our servers regardless of whether the remote email address is operating or not, so it is actually a wise decision to have it active just to be on the safe side.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Servers
Forwarding an email address located in our system will be very uncomplicated in case you have a semi-dedicated server plan with our company and will also not require you more than several clicks to set up. You can do this in the Emails section of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you'll be able to keep track of the mailboxes which are being forwarded and where the messages will be sent with a glance. The option is activated and deactivated for any of the mailboxes inside your account. You can also activate or deactivate a helpful feature we offer - a copy of the emails being relayed through our servers can remain on the server. In this way, you'll also have a backup of your incoming e-mail messages and you will not need to be worried about losing any information. If you have this option deactivated, you risk losing e-mails should there be a problem with the remote mailbox.
